PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Data Subject shall mean the natural person (and the relevant organisation) or legal person who intends to send a message to our contacts or to purchase a product on our e-commerce website, the Data Controller (the ‘Data Controller’).

Object of processing

The Data Controller processes personal, identification and sensitive data (by way of example but not limited to, name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail, paypal account, credit card details – hereinafter, ‘personal data’ or also ‘data’) communicated by you when registering with the website on iduevagamondi. com (hereinafter, ‘Application’ or ‘Site’) or when you request the Controller’s newsletter, when you order and/or purchase products online through the Site, when you fill in and send a contact form to the Controller or, in any case, when you make any request to the Controller.

Data controller

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code, we inform you that the company owning the site iduevagamondi.com is the data controller. Personal data will be processed in compliance with the requirements of confidentiality and the most appropriate security measures, as indicated by the Privacy Code. As the data subject, the user is guaranteed the exercise of the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, including the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence of their personal data and their communication in intelligible form, to know the methods and logic of processing, to request the updating and integration of the data, their cancellation or transformation into anonymous form, in the event of violation of the law, and to object to their processing. Legal basis for processing

Conservation period

Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore:

– Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of that contract is completed.
– Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied.
